LP provides payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation services to approved merchants subject to applicable regulations and onboarding checks.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate KYC information, ensure lawful use of services, and comply with RBI guidelines, NPCI rules, and applicable gaming regulations.

3. Settlement & Fees

Settlement cycles and fees are governed by the commercial terms agreed during onboarding and may be adjusted based on risk and performance metrics.

4. Compliance & Monitoring

LP monitors transactions to detect fraud, suspicious activity, or policy violations and may suspend services when required by law or risk policy.
